I found the website difficult to…

I found the website difficult to navigate. I did not feel that I was able to make the financial or time commitment to complete the program. I requested a refund numerous times through numerous avenues and have never had one response from them. I feel like they may have some good information but the lack of communication has been frustrating.

Hi Katie, Thanks for your feedback on the website. We have been undergoing some major changes to the website to help enhance the user experience and make everything faster. We are also currently working to switch platforms that host the program to make things easier to follow. We also understand that you have some frustration regarding communication between you and us. I can confirm that we received each of your messages through our website chat system and we believe that we responded within a reasonable time period both times. We had asked that you follow some instructions to cancel your account through the website (which you did), but we never received the final communication from you to our customer service mailbox that handles refunds ([email protected]) to complete the cancelation process like we had asked and as the instructions on the website stated. I am seeing this review & responding today (6/6/2019), so I immediately looked into your account and see that there had not been a refund issued. I have gone into your account and issued you a refund, which you can expect to receive in 5-7 business days. If something like this happens, please be sure to follow up with us. Our goal is to help YOU achieve what you want with your body & mind, not to take your money and hide. We understand that this is not the best time for you to commit to the program and we hope that you'll consider re-enrolling in the future when the time is right for you. Thanks, Bobby MoveU Team

I found the website difficult to…

I'm a physiotherapy student and what I'm learning on MoveU is a lot more benefitial than most of what they teach us at the college.

The best online workout program EVER!
Seriously guys, I have always been skeptical about online workout programs in the past based on bad experiences. This one is LEGIT! if you ever experienced muscle imbalances and just always feel like something has been "off" with your body. This program is meant for you! It is more of an educational course that explains to you in plain English how your body moves and functions and step by step clear and concise instructions on how to FIX YO &*#* The online community is amazing on Facebook and each of the trainers are extremely quick in responding to questions and concerns. They even have LIVE coaching calls where you can ask questions. The health system is broken, and these guys care enough to slow the entire process down with you and go over the small details to get your body feeling healthy again.

Seriously the greatest decision I've…
Seriously the greatest decision I've made since my injury. I tried everything in the past 8 years to feel better and relieve the pain and nothing has worked like MoveU. I am so grateful for the MoveU program and team! It's only been 60 days but I feel the best I've felt in years. My body awareness is next level!! I've been recommending this program to everyone who has talked to me about body pain. Everyone in the office knows about MoveU now. Haha! I can't wait to learn even more. Thank you, thank you!
