Everything is here for you to fix yourself! You just have to stay diligent about it and really engage in the facebook group. It's been 40 days since I signed up and I feel so much better than I did at the start!

We are in the early stages of the MoveU program and have found it to be an extremely important program for our fitness and health. It takes commitment but why wouldn't you commit to making yourself as fit and healthy as possible? You can live your life stationary and in pain, as most people do, or you can choose to fix your sh!t and get moving!! Want to know what is expensive? Paying the health care system for little or no result!! This program is not expensive when you consider the money that you pay out to monthly gym fees, pharmaceuticals for pain relief, physical therapy, chiropractor, massage, etc. We highly recommend doing the MoveU program!!

I have told SO many people about MoveU! So...I have a stack of books, and have watched countless videos, by very reputable people, with the aim of getting my body in the best form to age well. I’m 56 years old, a fitness and health professional, and I have tried to make sense of all the wonderful, robust, trustworthy, evidence based information out there I could find So when I found MoveU I knew really quickly that I could trust this product. It was completely aligned with other information by the safe and effective experts in this field. BUT, MoveU JOINS.UP.ALL.THE.DOTS. I knew that core strength, ribs down, chin tuck, barefoot blah blah blah was important, but I didn’t know where to start!! So now I am following this structured, sequential, robust programme and I’m feeling more fluid, more joined up, more informed, stronger, more in charge. I can access this whenever it suits me, and I have the support of a fantastic online community. Would I recommend? Jeez...I already did! 😬
