Make sure that you get into the private support community where you can post videos of your movements and ask questions on how you can keep improving. That's where our coaches live all day long and they are ready to help you out every single day! Also, an app is something that we have discussed as a possibility in the future and we ask that you please understand that those take a very LONG time to create.
