Good program overall, wish it were more personal.

I love the ideas behind it and the exercises, but I wish the program were a little more personal. I followed the Instagram account for a while and built up the motivation to purchase the 6 month package, and as I near the end of my 6 months, I realize that the reason I didn't follow through on this program was that I felt disheartened once I realized most of the coaching was through other enrolled members. I must have expected more of a personalized coaching experience. Yes, that would be difficult with the volume of online clients MoveU must get, but maybe that means this isn't right for me. I'll try and get the ball rolling in my last month or so that I paid for, but I'm not sure I'll be able to with its format of Facebook group posts and peer-review criticism.

Hey Andrew, Thanks for your review. We understand that you aren't satisfied with the way the program works, as well as the online community. Please let us help you understand how you can customize the program for yourself and get the help you need through the online community. The program is designed to challenge your entire body from head to toe, helping you discover muscle imbalances or areas that need more strength to help bring you into better alignment. When you do this and apply those new movement patterns throughout your life, your pain can improve. By participating in the online community and sharing videos of your movements, the MoveU coaches are able to offer more feedback and help give you additional exercises to add in to address your problem areas even better. We have 5-7 coaches who rotate between each of our groups to review every single post to make sure that you are getting the support that you need to be successful. We hope that you'll get back into the program and the community and be open to giving it another try. Make it a goal to make a post every day for the next week and see the kind of feedback you'll get and what kind of improvements and breakthroughs you'll have! Keep MUvin! Bobby MoveU Team

Excellent program
Excellent program - loose but organized, fun and inclusive. But the best part is my pain is decreasing. It's incredible what these guys are doing with an online program. They make it as personal as you can for a huuuuge group of people looking to fix, manage, and learn about their pain.

I do them every day and see an increase in mobility and strength. I feel more stable and problems are going away.

Totally worth buying the programme
Totally worth buying the programme. I thought I didn't need to but within the first week I knew that it was 100% worth it
