Just start somewhere!
Pushed myself to purchase the program in December 2018 even though I was going through difficult medical times with my parents. I did a day or so and could not bring myself to restart after I got behind. I just renewed and restarted and I am loving my first few days NO EXCUSES!! This time I GOT THIS!! They are always there every day on my instagram which keeps me lifted up! I love you guys! and a Gal:)

I love the program and the content, I just wish it was easier to navigate. Perhaps app based?

Postivie Changes In Your Future!
I cannot say enough about the positive benefits of this program and following it to the letter to help heal your body. I am seeing huge improvements in pain reduction, better posture and stronger muscles in my posterior chain than I have in years with other approaches. I can tell I am becoming functionally stronger at the same time as I am getting rid of issues that were holding me back from max performance in my sport (OCR). I am about half way through the program and I know that by sticking with it and following through I will achieve great benefits that will last a lifetime!

Excellent material within a great and very carefully designed methodology. It is a very complete system and exercises are so well selected that can be applied to the rest of the life. Really really thank you guys!!

The best program if muscular imbalances are your problem!
If you believe muscular imbalances are the root cause of whatever issue/s you're facing, MoveU is definitely for you! This program offers a very structured approach to building out imbalances in your body, with very informative videos and a great community to give you feedback on movements you perform. I am around 2 months into the program and I am noticing a difference. It takes a lot of time and dedication but at the end it is worth it to 'Fix Your S**t'!

There is still no help with any of the…
There is still no help with any of the program other than an online support which as I said before That does not work for me. I require a contact number that I can talk to somebody about the program which I’ve gotten absolutely no help with. I am still seeing results because I am dedicated to seeking results and navigate the program to the best of my ability. Program is very on organized with the workouts and is not user-friendly. I feel like you guys have amazing content but have absolutely no support that goes along with it, I definitely feel at a disadvantage having dyslexia and not having a contact number to have some support with the program
