Hi Elaina, Thanks for your review of the program. We had some updates made to the exercises in the program, and the PDFs should now be updated. Please shoot us an email at [email protected] if you find anything else that you think doesn't match up. Make sure to watch all of those videos, including the ones in the FAQ section of the intro. We try to explain everything as best as possible to give you some direction on how to work through the program and the workouts.
