Great idea and information but I continually feel like I don't know if I am doing the exercises right. Just following videos and posting on facebook does not give the tactile feedback that is more effective for me. It is an expensive program and hard to follow and continue to do independently especially when always in doubt if I'm even doing the exercises right.

Hi Ashlee, Thanks for your review. The way that we can help you perform the exercises correctly is through your participation in the private Facebook community. By posting videos, other members and our coaches can review your movements and provide advice or suggestions on what helped us improve. I saw that you had made a few posts back in September when you initially joined, and then stopped making posts. These exercises are very challenging and it takes lots of practice and consistency over time to achieve results. We'd love to see you get back to being involved in the group and sharing your videos. What others see and share with you on what they see in your movements can help uncover some blind spots and areas that you were not previously aware of. You then take those new discoveries and continue to practice and improve over time. You learn to "feel" what is happening with your own body and apply that awareness that you develop to your daily life. Hope to see you back and active in the community. Keep MUvin! Bobby MoveU Team

I see a lot of 5 star ratings for this program but I don't think it's justified, and it's time this program gets a real review. I really like what the program is about and totally agree with the flaws of our health system, and the guys make it fun and entertaining. However, most of the exercises can be found online for free or I've already known about. It is definitely helpful that they highlight common mistakes made and I've definitely used that to guide myself, so that brings value to the program for sure. I think the community feedback is a bad idea - makes no sense getting critiqued by some kid in week 1 and is borderline dangerous or at least unproductive. You guys should invest in a portal where you can privately upload videos and have coaches provide feedback from there. It's really not that expensive to do it, you can use dropbox or similar programs and set up folders for each week. Another drawback to the program is that if you are currently experiencing pain, sciatica, etc - you can not access relevant exercises/movements by search and can only access the videos that you have completed so far. For example, the other day my shoulder was bothering me and scapular depressions did not solve anything. I was unable to look up anything else that would be helpful and just went online to access some stuff FOR FREE. Some of the movements and exercises have been helpful for my case, but I've also found some of the best relief/relevant movements from other online postings that were free. It is not worth 348$ for a year membership, I think a fair pricing would be about half that at 175$. Overall, great concept and approach but there are flaws with how the program is run and is overpriced. Having 10,000 members also isn't a reason to throw people to Facebook for answers. The program isn't sustainable then if that's the case. Thanks for the very long reply - your response that I am not participating in the program properly has nothing to do with my personal critique that I don't like how the program is ran - and some other people may agree with that. In my opinion, the Facebook postings are more of a free marketing tool for the program because you get people posting on their social media accounts about the program and continue to increase enrollment with minimal advertising expenses. I never said there was no benefit to the program or that it has not helped me. Seems like if you don't rate the program 5 stars and gush about it you don't seem to handle it too well.

Hi Joe, Thanks for your honest review of the program. Many people join the MoveU program for a reason, and oftentimes that reason is to improve some kind of pain. Based on what you've written in your review, it sounds like you have some kind of pain that you are looking to address. Sure, you can Google and look up every single exercise there has ever been. You can Google every single diagnosis that you've ever been given and find the "best 3 stretches/exercises" for anything. All for free. For some people that's all they need. For many others, that doesn't help them at all and they need more. That's where the MoveU Method and the supporting community come into play. This program is not about giving you "relief" for your issue. You are being given the tools and resources that you need to learn about how to "IMPROVE" your body so you can stop looking up stretches/exercises to give you that temporary relief. The MoveU Method is based on the idea that the body is an interconnected system that works together. When one area doesn't do its job, other areas compensate. This leads to muscle imbalances developing over time and ultimately leads to pain. These imbalances can further be magnified by past injuries and how you live your life every single day. The program helps you reconnect with those "basic" movements that each individual area of your body should be able to perform, and then it builds in complexity from there. You must recommit better movement patterns to muscle memory and strengthen around them. I place "basic" in quotes above because so many people are unaware that they cannot perform even these fundamental movements of their body. Sharing videos into the community is where that need for more control and body awareness is exposed. Every single video that is posted into the community is reviewed by one of our coaches. Each coach has come through the MoveU program themselves and overcome some kind of chronic pain. They know all of the movements and have extensive experience in performing and teaching these movements to others. The coaches will add in any additional feedback (movement or mindset based) on each video, answer your questions, and even provide additional exercises to try. We encourage all members to be able to leave feedback on each other's videos because being able to teach others and share experiences proves to be pretty powerful. That's where YOU are able to actually learn about your own body and feel things for yourself...causing your own breakthroughs that you will apply throughout your daily life to help yourself improve your body. I see that you have joined the community, yet have not made a single post in the group. I would like to encourage you to have an open mind and make a post and share your movements from Module 1. Watch your own videos and leave your own analysis with each movement when you post. Seeing and explaining what you feel with your own body in the exercises is another way to learn about YOUR body. One of our coaches will review your post and we will explain the importance of sharing videos and tagging others. We will leave constructive feedback ourselves and help you work on improving the movements. You will implement the feedback given and apply it as you practice the movements. As you are consistent with your movement and body awareness practice, you can keep making improvements and feel great with your body over time. If feeling better is something that you are interested in doing (and if your current approach is not helping you improve your pain), then I'd really like to see you post in the group moving forward. The way the program is designed has been working for 10,000+ people for over 3 years now, and you are currently choosing to *not* do the program as it is designed to work. You've also been in the program for only 6 weeks, and that is not enough time to reverse anything in your body that has built up over YEARS. Please continue to practice what you learn in the program every single day and get involved in the community. Give the process some time to play out. We care about your success and want to see you achieve your goals. Keep MUvin! Bobby MoveU Team

This program has changed the way I think about my past pain and injuries. After ten years I thought I would never get control or relief from pain again. I still have a ways to go but I now know that it is possible to get back to an active lifestyle and feel good! I have many days now that are pain free and when I do have a flare up I have the tools to deal with it in a constructive way. I would recommend this program to anyone. It has helped me both physically and mentally and I look forward to continuing the program!

The program is amazing, allowing each person to go at their own pace. The symptom relief library is a great tool for those strange aches and pains that crop up. The approach of humor, empathy and demonstration of modifications and common mistakes in the videos help tremendously.
