Hi Pomeroy, Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Do you feel that this 3-star review accurately reflects the quality of the program that we have provided to you and other users, or simply the wording and response that you received from an email communication? There are 10,000+ members in the program and many people have the same (or similar) questions. The most efficient way for our coaches to answer your questions is through the online FB community. It is not a requirement for you to join it, but that's where the questions about your body and feedback on videos of your exercises happens. What the community allows us to do is help so many more people than we could individually. The community is also able to help each other out by providing feedback and sharing their own personal experiences on what made them successful in the program. Our coaches go in and review all of the videos and comments and provide any additional feedback to help you on your way to creating an amazing success story for yourself. I would recommend that you at least get into the FB community and play the role of observer to see what actually goes on in there. The community is part of what separates what we do with every other form of treatment you may have tried in the past. This community is POWERFUL and it helps change peoples' lives!
