Although I had a problem with incorrect hardware being sent, I’m giving 5 stars due to excellent customer service to resolve my issue. Liveniya&Bal were very quick to respond and always polite and friendly which is appreciated. My new hardware has been sent and I’ve already ordered another Mopio piece as I’m happy with the quality of the furniture for the price. Looks more expensive than it is. Thank you, again!

I ordered a few pieces for my living room- never heard of Mopio before but it kept popping up on my social. As soon as I ordered I realized my address was incorrect, we just moved states. I quickly chatted with a service rep online; Yaashiine and she helped me change the address. She also kept me posted on the status to ensure everything was correct. My husband put the furniture together- took a couple hours. The quality is great. I am really happy.

I loved the cabinets and they were great quality but they did not work for my space. Kartiga was so helpful in helping me with the return with no problems. I would definitely order form them again.

I purchased a blue sectional sofa from Mopio this month. The website was user friendly to place my order and my package arrived quickly within just a few days. Because it was a large modular section, my 6 boxes arrived over a two-day period. The couch is great quality, and I like the storage features it had. I did however choose to exchange one of the pieces because I ordered an ottoman and wanted to exchange it for an additional modular sectional piece. Yaashiine in their customer care department was very helpful to me in offering support over email and phone. I was able to return the ottoman for a full refund (with pre-paid shipping courtesy of Mopio) and order an additional sectional piece.

The bed arrived early. The box showed up damaged/opened. Luckily the bed was in good shape - except for one part - the side board. I contacted them immediately - sent pictures of damage and how the box arrived. Mopio said they could not send just that one part; however, the offered a discount if we kept the bed as is. We opted to keep the bed - as the discount was nice and did not want the hassle of getting everything back in the box to return. The bed looks nice. It would be a little better if they rounded the corners - very sharp wood corners.
