Really love this furniture! My package came with one piece missing but Mopio’s customer experience specialist (Vee) was super quick to respond and reordered me a new tv stand. Would recommend!

I will be more than happy to change this rating once I get a satisfactory response from customer service. We ordered an L-shaped sectional which is well constructed and very comfortable, BUT it arrived with three seat slipcovers having faint bluish/green stains on them. Seemed as if something had been sitting on top of them or rubbed off in transit. We requested replacement slipcovers and I have yet to hear from the Quality team it was escalated to. 1,800.00 is not inexpensive so I sincerely hope these slipcovers will be replaced.

Customer services was fantastic! ! I had to make a return because I ordered the wrong item and Patricia did everything to ensure items were picked up with prepaid labels. Easy and quick return. Thank you!

I bought my favorite bed on Mopio.com. The process was easy and the delivery was pretty quick. Mopio’s furniture is stylish and of good quality. They offer many options to choose from. I especially like the way they designed the bed so that it has a lot of storage space while still looking sleek. I would definitely recommend Mopio to other furniture hunters.

Henry was great in helping me replace a missing screw for my couch that was gifted by a late relative. They were very understanding, quick to reply, and helped me find a clear solution. I really appreciate their help!

I needed to cancel (unfortunately) my sofa purchase due to shipment timing, so I contacted Mopio. Henry was my agent and he promptly cancelled my order with a full refund and was so kind and understanding. I will definitely purchase again thru Mopio!

This was not the modular couch experience i was expecting. You basically need to build your own couch. Each section has like 10-16 screws. The holes for the screws are all over the place and not clearly indicated. Had i known it would take me this long to put the couch together i would have gone with another brand like Cozey where the assembly is much easier and less time consuming. The sections also connect by just 1 piece so they end up swiveling. I would’ve returned it was it not such a burden to disassemble and repack the whole thing.

I haven't received the rest of the shipment so I don't have a review of the couch yet - but I can say the customer service is top notch! I own a small business and this is what we strive for everyday. Many thanks to Patricia who helped change an address the day of ordering and kept me calm when I thought it didn't go through. This has been a very good experience.
