Super fast delivery and great customer service. The instruction manual is very clear, make the installation process a breeze. The furniture looks very chic and fits in my house very nicely. Will recommend

Couch is great for the price! But it was a little lower than I expected and I probably wouldn't get this for my forever home. But perfect for my current apartment and the futon setup comes in handy.

I ordered a beautiful tv console but soon realized after it was not quite the right size for my space. I immediately emailed the company to cancel my order. After approximately 3 emails I received a notice that they cancelled the order. I appreciated them stopping the order.

I just assembled my tv stand. And it looks beautiful and was a breeze to put it together. My two friends and I did it while drinking a glass of wine 😊 just purchased a night stand too and I can’t wait to see it ♥️

I had my card on file on Shopify apparently and accidentally ordered a large piece of furniture from Mopio while trying to close the page. Contacted them immediately asking for the order to be canceled. It’s been 3 days and the back and forth is ridiculous. I just needed a cancellation and confirmation of cancellation and have received neither. Mopio sent a message saying I could respond within 10 mins or the chat would close and they sent my request to the team that handles that. I would never order anything from them now after dealing with this for days. I have no idea if and when I will be refunded because I can’t seem to speak to anyone that can handle that.
