I was searching for a set of 4 Gaia I isolation feet. An open box item that came up was a apparently for a great price so I ordered it. When it arrived l, it was in a small box a single foot at close to full price, but not returnable because it was an open box. Went back and saw it was a single foot, I had misread the result, because I was searching for a set of 4. $180 (less what I can recoup on ebay) down the drain… Double check before you order, their search mechanism doesn’t match all constraints.

I called to ask for something specific. They said “can do” and did.

Awesome customer service. Purchased a Meze headphone stand. As its arrival I noticed a small chip on the half moon wooden top. Called the store and explained the issue. Nichole was super friendly and helpful. She sent the replacement the same day. I definitely recommend Moon Audio.
