I have a mixed experience with this company. I bought their most expensive headphone cable and the electrical contacts with one channel was not good, leading to loss of audio, and the main jack coming apart (the carbon-style cover only secured with super glue slid out of the rest of the connector) I fixed the connector by re-applying Super Glue, but sent them back the cable to inspect the contacts and a few days later they told me they didn't find any problem, and sent me a $55 invoice for shipping me back the cable. I fixed the electric issue myself after applying contacts cleaner. Now, the cable sounds good, but I only notice it when I put back the stock cable, which sounds more harsh and metallic. However, I don't think the improvement is worth the $500+ price paid.

Hi Vincent, I'm sorry for any issues you experienced with the initial cable. We did repair your cable and we sent it back immediately. We do ask that customer's do not attempt to repair their cables as that voids the warranty on our end. We have a 1 year dragon cable warranty on all our audio cables. We also repair them for a very fair price after the 1 year warranty is over so everyone can get the most out of our dragon cables and enjoy them for a very long time. Happy Listening!

Cercavo un paio di sony ier m9, in europa non si trovano quindi ho dovuto cercare oltreoceano, moon audio era uno dei pochi negozi che offriva la spedizione internazionale, dopo aver avuto un piccolo scambio mi sono convinto grazie anche alla rapidità e cortesia del servizio clienti. Per fortuna tutto è andato molto bene, la spedizione dagli usa all'italia è stata davvero rapida, nemmeno una settimana, il pacco è arrivato perfettamente imballato ed integro. Servizio ottimo!

I order IE600 from this store, everything is OK however i was wondering why the price that I payed is different from the invoice they sent over, actually it was lower. i was expecting to pay high taxes, anyways. everything went well.

This company designs cables to FAIL so you have to send them back for repair which costs 55.00! Even IF they are IN WARRANTY they claim the failure is due to YOUR negligence and not treating the cable properly! What BS! I sent my Silver Dragon headphone cable (600.00) in for repair and asked Drew Baird, the owner, to promise to send it back insured for 600.00, the price I paid. He said he would. The cable was supposedly delivered by FedX and required an adult signature. Nobody was home to sign so the FedX delivery driver FORGED my signature and left it on my front porch again . . . . SUPPOSEDLY !!! I NEVER received my cable back and FedX settled the claim for a measley100.00 which is the default insurance on every package shipped by FedX. Moon Audio did NOT insure my headphone cables for 600.00 as promised so I am now out 600.00 and my headphone cable! Moon Audio NEVER answers their phone, but rely on emails which they respond to sporadically IF they feel like it. This is a TERRIBLE & DISHONEST company! AVOID them at all costs. There is NO REASON to use them. They are overpriced, rude, dishonest, manufacture cables designed to fail so you have to spend more money for repairs, and TOTALLY unprofessional compared to other high end Audio vendors I have dealt with. The wife is also VERY argumentative and abrasive in her dealings with the public from my personal experience as well as others I have discussed Moon Audio with! Run from this company as fast as you can and NEVER look back!!!

This is an untrue representation of the story, Mr. Turbiville. Your order was shipped back fully insured by Fedex and it was signed for upon delivery at your residence. You did not pay for $600 insurance of the cable and we still insured it against loss. However, it was not lost and it was delivered with a signature from you. You have been very difficult to deal with since day one and very abusive to our entire staff. We wish you well in your future hifi endeavors.

This store in nothing but a big show off. Ugly service,ugly people. Dont you ever buy there.PERIOD Buy the way the store's youtube video are a copy/paste from magazines like "sterephile" they aren't realy pros there. During my order they have tried to educate me instead of realy drill down my order's issue. Just an extreme bad store!
