Moon-AudioReviews of moon-audio.com

The selection of products are extensive. I needed better isolation feet than the OEM for my Polk Audio ATi-A9 tower speakers. Most I looked at did not accommodate the 6mm threads, but the ISO acoustics did. Plus the Neo series was perfect for what I wanted. Processing and shipping were expedient and Moon Audio got them to me in a couple of days. Very happy with the whole experience.

Good customer service with accurate information provided by the sales rep on an in demand product. Product was in inventory and shipped the following day, and arrived one day earlier than promised. Well done!

A first time buyer. The process was smooth and easy. Thanks

Great services and great product

I have purchased items from Moon-Audio in the past, but this time I contacted them as well. My phone calls were answered immediately and Nichole was friendly, helpful and professional. I purchased an Astell & Kern dap; as well as headphones and a cable. I have more than one of the Dragon cables, and they are awesome and bring clarity to whatever genre of music may be your preference. My orders from Moon-Audio have always shipped immediately and this time was no different. I had my items in two days, happy ears and a good experience with their customer service.

Good to find high quality at reasonable prices.

Fast delivery and great packaging.

Delivery was prompt, and exceeded the expectation that was set. This was an open box purchase so I fully expected the unit to not be "perfect" however I was disappointed to receive a remote with batteries already installed that had expired and leaked throughout the remote. This was immediately addressed when I contacted Moon Audio and a return receipt was sent with the response. However I was able to clean out the unit myself and it functions so no return was required. As such I continue to rate Moon Audio a five. (things happen and I have had my batteries do the same thing, sometimes destroying the unit)
