The open box item itself is fine, but the included accessories and manual has marks of use, especially the manual that has one page damaged and torn. I expect open box merchandise to be exactly that, opened but unused. Not partially used. That should qualify as used, not open box.

Great service fast shipping

I have ordered multiple times from Moon Aufio and never been disappointed. The representatives were great and each time helped me purchase items after asking questions when I wasn’t sure about exactly what I needed. Shipping in my expats been great too, usually earlier than the timeframe given!! Items are packed well too!!Will definitely purchase more items from them( hopefully a Naim music streamer soon).
