The lamp wasn’t at all what it looked like
The lamp wasn’t at all what it looked liked in the photo’s... The costs to return the package are almost more then the lamp itself.

I don't understand why you think this lamp is different from what you think. You didn't even provide us with a picture to prove it. We promise: if any of our products do not meet the description or quality problems, we are willing to give you a full refund. You don’t seem to have contacted us to try to solve this problem Negative feedback will not solve this problem.

Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase. The lamp is beautiful. Took a while to receive but that is not the store's fault. Delays in shipping are to be expected these days and their communication was wonderful the whole time.

Need to provide instructions in English
Customer service responses were quick. However, the chandelier only arrived with instructions in Chinese. If we were not experienced in installing lights and had not googled what European wire colors meant, we would not have been able to install it.
