I ordered the light 11/30/2020 and it…
I ordered the light 11/30/2020 and it didn't arrive yet. I have no information. I tried to track it but there isn't any update because the light has not arrived at UPS yet. To sum up, I bought a light two months ago, I paid at that moment but I don't know anything about this light.

After almost 3 Months waiting for the…
After almost 3 Months waiting for the package to arrive (and paying 150€ for FAST!!! shipping within 1-3 weeks), the package still has not arrived. I just want my money back!

*BEWARE* unreliable company
*BEWARE* I ordered a lamp 3 months ago and still have not received anything. The last couple of months I've contacted customer service multiple times. Every time they say you will receive it next week or few more days, but after 3 months the package hasn't even been received by UPS lol. I've also asked for a refund, but their response to that is again: just wait a few more days. Which you can't take seriously when they say the same thing for months. And I'm not going to live without a lamp for a year, so I've given up on this company and ordered something else locally(which is probably what they hoped I would do). When I ordered I also didn't realize this company is based in China and that they copy designer lights, because everything was in my local language and I don't really know the designs.

This is a Chinese scam website
This is a Chinese scam website There is no customer service, and there is no guarantee of money back. They will only send you a bunch of shoddy replica. When you ask for a refund, they will let you pay a high return fee to China. This is a typical China scam. I have encountered fraudulent websites on Facebook many times, but I did not expect to encounter them on pinterest. I spent 2 months waiting for this, 2 months! ! ! ! ! All that awaits me is a bunch of shoddy replica.

According to our return rights If you don’t like our lights, you are obliged to return the package If our goods have quality problems and shipping damage, we are willing to pay the full return shipping costs You didn’t even provide a photo to prove that our lights had any problems, You just don’t like our lights, the buyer is obliged to return the goods We send the package to you, and we also pay for the expensive shipping costs. IF PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED If product arrived damaged or not as described, please send us some photos of the damaged items and we will replace the order by shipping new products or refund the orders in full. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS FOR ANY OTHER REASON OTHER THAN THE ABOVE If you're not happy for any reason other than the above, you may return eligible Mooielight items within 30 days of receiving the order back to our warehouse in China, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging.
