I purchased 3 pendant lamps from Mooielight. The total was nearly $3000. Two work fine. The third, however, does not work as promised. We paid $838 for it. After 8 weeks of back and forth with customer service, including purchasing a second driver for $50, the light still doesn't work. They refuse to replace it or refund the money. (We have sent multiple videos verifying.) Instead, they suggest we spend another $400 to buy a second light. At no point did they take any responsibility for selling a defective light. Save yourself the hassle. Buy from a reputable company with decent customer service.
