Schlechte Qualität, unbrauchbar. Schutzleiter fehlt, darf gar nicht verwendet werden. Rauchglas ist nur angemalt. Farbe geht beim drüberwischen ab.

It has now been 3 months since I have ordered the lamp. The money were withdrawn from the account in a few days though. I keep receiving automatically generated feedback from the so called customer service. Worst experience in buying online so far and I have been shopping a LOT and for a LONG time.

I’ve ordered my light from “mooie light” and apart from it taking quite a long time before they arrived, they were very well packed, and arrived in a good condition. One of my lights seems to be not horizontal, and I need the electrician to come back to have a look if he can get it level, as it could be a fault or just that it hasn’t been fitted tightly enough. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the overall look.

Hello, Disappointed by the lamp on receipt, the design is great, but it is not as sturdy as I expected. Very little assembly/installation instructions and printed in a flimsy little paper in chinese only. A small screw was missing in the package and had to find replacement on my own. It came with a very short rod for hanging from the ceiling. I could have noticed when purchasing if I had looked in full detail at the diagram in the website, but I relied in the pictures where lamps had longer rods. Make sure to look at all the detailed specs before ordering, not the pictures. Client service responds well, and very quickly though (this is why I put 2 stars instead of 1), and when I explained the problem they sent me a longer rod, for free, but with a 30€ shipping fee for 1 month delivery time and with a customs duty on top (8€ customs for a piece of metal that was supposedly free, when the full lamp didn't have to pay anything customs?!) Happy that this purchase is finally complete and will not purchase again, sorry!

Why are there import duties? Because the EU must require the payment of import duties for all imported packages starting in July Therefore, your parcel is levied 8 euros customs duty. This is collected by the customs, it is not determined by us.
