I bought two lamps and they decided to…
I bought two lamps and they decided to declared less than tje half of the price in customs forms and at the end i had to pay 100 euros to release the items. The custumer service did not help at all

We are very sorry, you left a one-star feedback Whether to impose import duties, it depends on the customs Before shipment, we have reduced the declared value If the declared value is 25 USD You only need to pay very little import duties

Ordered all the lighting for my new home.They are courteous and tell you way a head the time for shipping ,which usually takes 4-6 weeks. No problem with the stuff they sell.everything works.

Product didn’t match Canadian codes.
Took a long time to receive the package. Since I’m in Canada and our codes are different. My husband had to buy a few different pieces to make the fixture compatible with our home. Customer service was easy to speak with, but I probably wouldn’t order from here again. Price was high for quality of fixture and the fact that we needed to spend more on parts to make it work for our needs.

I am very pleased with my purchase
I am very pleased with my purchase, the lamp is great and shipping to the UK only took about two weeks. I have bought items from China before and I understand delivery times can vary quite a lot, which is down to customs and shipping carriers, not the company itself. I would happily purchase again!

Mooielight is amazing
