I ordered two lamps. The wire form free pendant lamp is exactly what I expected. Really nice. The Ok pendant lamp is fine but not as nice as I hoped ( maybe because I also own the original? ) Delivery time was ok en shipping fee very reasonable. Definite an adres to remember.

Honestly I had to be very patient to get my lamp. I finally received it after....8 months. Because I had to wait for so long they refunded me 50% so that seems fair to me. I have to say that the lamp is beautiful above my table, even though I had to wait for so long I probably would command another lamp in the future.

This is the first time I have written a one star review. The instructions were in Chinese so I couldn’t understand them. When I emailed your customer service line, I was told to ignore those instructions and that the light was easy to assemble. I have never had customer service like this before. Two light tubes were missing caps, a bolt was missing to attach two rods together and the bolts to keep the discs in place were silver where your pictures online showed them to be black, the same color as the light. I was determined to fix this all myself because I did not want to bother returning it since I waited months for it to arrive. I’m sorry but I will not recommend your site or purchase again.

Nous avons commandé une quinzaine de luminaires, tous d’excellente qualité. Emballage soigné et livraison rapide. De belles pièces pour un bon rapport qualité prix. Attention au moment de la pose à ne pas trop forcer en vissant, les filetages sont très fins. Expérience à renouveler prochainement.

Beautiful products and excellent client services. I needed to replace a part that got broken during a move and I received it very quickly as no extra cost. Keep it up !
