HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER! I ordered 2 lamps back in July. It is now September and still have not arrived! I am so far having the worst experience with their shipping service. Can't say much about the products since I have not received them. I am seriously worried if I would ever receive them nor get a full refund for my order.

Hi, the light itself arrived quickly and look good, but unfortunately the marble base had been badly chipped and the metal shade dented in transit

First, it’s worth noting that the shipping took several months. The quality of this light is subpar - it’s super lightweight and seems to be made of plastic. It’s also much smaller than the photos depict. I reached out to customer service to initiate a return and was told that not only would I have to pay for the return shipping, but I would only be refunded 70% of the original cost. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this product or this company.

The chandelier looks nothing like the image in the website. The strings were thick and chunky instead of thin and elegant. When we tried to return it, they said, no returns.

They were extremely prompt in responding to emails. They had great service when asking questions and providing links to make buying the proper light bulbs for my fixture. I will definitely order from them again.
