Late Product & Expensive Return
This is the second year this has happened to me, so I believe it to be symptomatic of their process and not a one-off mistake (as I was told the first time). I ordered 4 items for Christmas gifts for my 4 grandchildren on NOVEMBER 30, 2025. I was told on Dec. 15th that there was an error with the shipment and they resent the items. Of course nothing arrived in time for our Dec. 22nd Chrstmas party, and I had to go buy different gifts at the last minute. One item arrived on Dec. 24th and the remainder arrived in January. Luckily, I was home and able to refuse delivery on the items in January, but in order to return the item that arrived on 12/24, I had to ship from the post office, costing me $12. I found customer service (Anya) to be incredibly slow to respond - you cannot call them and it is about a 2-3 day turnaround on response to your email. I am giving 2 stars because they did actually refund my purchase (on Jan 16th finally), but it is incredibly inconvenient to have to keep on them to receive the refund and also to be out $12 shipping. It is not my fault their systems break down around Christmas. If you order by November 30th, you should be able to receive the items early December with no issue. I will never order from them, and I suggest you look hard at if you can find other options as this company will eventually let you down and frustrate you.

Hi Nicole, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand why this experience left you feeling disappointed. We’re very sorry that your gifts didn’t arrive in time and that you were put in the position of finding alternatives at the last minute. We know how stressful that can be, particularly when gifts are for grandchildren and planned well in advance. During the Christmas period, the volume of customer inquiries increases significantly, and while our standard response time is within 24 hours, the holiday rush can unfortunately extend that window. That said, we do make every effort to respond to all customers in the order messages are received, ensuring no one is left without a reply. Shipping delays and carrier errors — including misrouted or lost packages — are also more common during this time of year. While we don’t have direct control over courier operations, we take full responsibility for assisting our customers when issues arise and work quickly to arrange replacements or refunds when needed. We’re glad that your order was ultimately refunded, though we sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced along the way. Your feedback is important to us and is being shared internally as we continue working to improve our holiday processes and communication.
