I have made two separate purchases from Montessori Generation. I placed an order for the Balance Bike on November 24, 2025, for a Christmas present for my 11-month old grandson. I received an order confirmation right away. On Dec 6, I received another email from them telling me it had been shipped and stating the expected arrival date of December 17. There was a tracking number included along with a link to track the package. It did arrive on Dec 17. The bike is exactly as described -- sturdy, well-padded seat, and easy to assemble without any tools needed. On Dec 16, I placed a second order for a toy (the silicone pulling toy) for our grandson's 1st birthday coming up at the end of January. Again, I received confirmation of the order right away, and then another email on Dec 18 saying it had been shipped, with an expected arrival date of December 31, which again included a tracking number and link to track the package. It arrived December 30, a day earlier than estimated. I have found Montessori Generation to be a reliable company to work with, and have found my purchases to be of very good quality and age-appropriate.

Great product ! I love the Montessori toys and quality of the toys for our grandbaby. They are her favourite things. She particularly Loves her silicone pulling toy. The only disappointing thing was how long it takes to receive the product after purchase. I’m sure with Black Friday and Christmas all delivery systems were busy but I think it’s worth the wait so order early.

I placed 2 orders and received one of them very quickly! The second order said it was delivered but I never received it, HOWEVER, I contacted montessorigeneration and they sent a replacement immediately! I was very impressed by their prompt customer service!

These toys are very high quality, educational and all my grandchildren and their parents love them They are a little more expensive but you pay for quality and durability Service is reliable and no fuss of course it takes a little longer than bulk buys toy shops

This company delivers quality and creative products for my grandchildren. I have never been disappointed. This Christmas I ordered Smart Sticks...my 5 and 7 year old played for two days with the game. They thanked us before we left for bringing it! It was a hit!

The company goes above and beyond in responsiveness and customer service. The products are high quality and reasonably priced. I will definitely buy from them again.

One order was extremely late (showed as delayed in Chicago) and the other order never shipped. Charged for both orders of course. No shipping label provided to return the late order received after Christmas. I ordered the same toys through Amazon which arrived in two days.

First time buying Montessori products for grandson’s birthday. He especially loved the kids cooking tool kit. High quality and perfect for little hands. The magnetic maze was also a hit. Easy to Order, on time delivery with cleat tracking. I have already ordered again and received the music themed kit. Well made, educational products. Highly recommend this toy company.
