I ordered almost $100 of bags and paid for the extra cost in the event my package was lost and never received my order. Called and spoke to customer service several times and they looked up my package and confirmed it was lost and still will not send me another order or refund. I was told that they would resend my order after spending hours and hours on the phone and sending emails. I will never order from this company again.

the service is absolutely awful. I think they may only have one person working there. I try to buy American but jeez no wonder we buy from China.

Ordered an item they said was in stock, waited three weeks and still hadn’t shipped. I called the company and was on hold for one and a half hours to be informed that the item was out of stock and they had no idea when it’s gonna be back in stock. The lady I spoke did not speak English very well, and her phone line was very patchy. She told me they would issue a refund to my card, because I could not wait due to it being a Christmas present that was not gonna make it in time. No refund or email stating the refund has been received. I received the other half of my order four weeks after I placed the order, and it was not as advertised… Do not buy from this place!!!

I would not order from them again. They are very slow on their shipping. Like the other reviews you will have to hound them to ship the item. They will creat the label and then let it sit for days before they actually ship it. And no help from the email they tell you to contact. Would give them zero stars if allowed.

Ordered items on 11/24. Never received a shipping notification so finally emailed on Dec 15. Received a shipping notification of an order placed on Dec 17. At this point it’s clearly not getting here for Christmas as the order was lost until I questioned it. Who knows when/if the items will arrive but at this point would not order again.

As with pretty much everyone else, very bad experience! Ordered online on 12/1… i received a shipping notification on 12/6 stating that USPS was waiting on the item. In the email it states if no movement has happened in 5 business days to email customer service…which that is absolutely useless. I tried emailing them 7 times with no response. I called them on 12/13 , waited for an hour to speak with someone named Jenny who told me that my order had “just been” dispatched and that I would get it by the end of the following week or beginning of the week of christmas…as of today 12/18 there is still no movement on the package. Tracking still says a label was created on 12/6. I did ask if the bag was indeed in Dallas warehouse and was told yes. I’m only 170 miles away. It would have been easier for me to have drove to get it. Seriously horrible horrible service for such a well known brand! UPDATE: As of 1/6/2025 still no movement on the package and no response from customer service. Pathetic

I ordered one wallet in a pink color and they sent me a brown one, this was a Christmas gift. I spent hours on the 800 customer service number and sent multiple emails and inquiries. No one has returned my calls or email inquiries. It is incredibly sad that Montana West cannot get a simple one item order fulfilled correctly or return a call or inquiry! I will never order from you again!

There was an issue with my package, but the customer service was absolutely amazing. I can’t thank her enough. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but we reworked it and my package is now on its way!
