Montana West USAReviews of montanawestusa.com

I have orders that I was over charged or received substitute items that were small cost and never refunded. I’ve had orders with missing items. I’ve emailed but never received a response.

The increased minimum is a struggle. I’ve been with the company for years and the increase was a hit

You have a good selection of good products that are shipped accurately and timely.

USUALLY THERE IS GOOD STOCK AND IF SOMETHING IS MISSING THEY MAKE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND AND SHIPMENTS ARE FAST

I will never buy from you again, I paid for express shipping and it will not arrive in that time. Had I known it would ship from overseas I would have never bought from you. Your website said Texas, but the purse I bought for my wife will not get here by the time I need it to because it is being sent from overseas. This is terrible and deceitful.

Beautiful purse. Perfect fit

I love the leather and the designs in the wallets and purses. However, the last two purses have been very heavy for me to carry over my shoulder. Also, I bought a guitar strap to put on my first purse bought from Montana West but it made my shoulders hurt with the weight of it. I couldn't carry it over my shoulders. They are absolutely beautiful. Maybe I am just getting older and can't carry that weight anymore. I kept my wallet. It is a beautiful wallet that is different than the normal wallets in the stores. I love Montana West products.

The products are beautiful good quality good prices, I will buy again
