Ordered a carry tote with matching wallet. Received the wallet and no tote. Trying to get hold of customer service, will just dispute the charge.

I paid around $20 for express shipping (3-5 days). It's been 6 days, and not only is my item not here, the website still says 'pre-transit'. I tried to contact them before the baby shower to cancel my order (bought a diaper bag for a friend from her registry) all together and just get a refund, but I wason hold for two hours before I had to hang up and go to work. Worst online shopping experience!

I received a purse from my mother for Christmas but it was too small and needed to return it. We found out their return policy did NOT allow extended days for Holidays and are based off of delivery date - which the purse delivered by USPS at 11:44 PM during the middle of the night - so - she did not GET it until the following day but the delivery date was based on the near midnight hour. My mother even bought the "return" insurance for extra $$$ - which we found out - is ONLY for store credit or exchange!! You cannot get your money back. RIDICULOUS and very deceptive policy!!! Also - it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get through to their "customer service" and it ended up being answered by someone with broken English whom I could barely understand. I LOVE the MW American Pride Line but I will NEVER EVER EVER deal directly with Montana West directly again. I purchased a purse a few years ago through Cowgirl Wear and they are also sold on Amazon - but this company directly is a rip off if you don't absolutely KNOW you like an item. How do you make money on RETURNS but deceptively say you can only EXCHANGE it???? Unless you absolutely KNOW you like an item - stay away from the company website and KNOW their "return insurance" is a joke. No thank you.

Delivery was horrible kept being delayed

First of all I love the product. I have the Wrangler crossbody tote and matched wrist wallet and I love them. The quality and the look. I have received previous orders in a timely fashion. My most recent order, I had ordered the wrong color, my mistake, and I reached out via email to see if they could change it once I realized my mistake. They've been pleasant to converse with and are doing all they can to make the customer happy. It's much appreciated. I do wish there was a chat option available on the website to help with quick questions instead of waiting on emails. However, I did feel like I was speaking with an actual person through the email instead of AI, which was GREATLY appreciated. I can let go of my microwave mentality in order to not deal with AI. Anyway, happy with the product and customer service! Keep it up!

Montana West is a scam. I ordered this for Christmas gift, I got a conformation shipping label email. Then 7 days later they emailed me saying the item was out of order. I have emailed twice with no one to get back with me. I have tried calling two different phone numbers at all hours of service the hold always says I’m 22nd or 24th in line and my estimated wait time is 130 minutes. Now I am out of my money and no gift. I reported them to the BBB but they are not accredited by them. This company does not care about their costumers, they will take your money and not send you the product you ordered. Seems to be they are a huge fraud. I also left them a review on their website but they never posted it because they only want people to see the “positive” reviews.

Ordered purse and wallet combo for my wife paid the extra 25 for shipping called and waited 2.5 hrs on the phone .... then 2 weeks later finally received it after Christmas and the wallet was not in there , worst place ever to order from

I really enjoy ordering from Montana West. They are super friendly and are always on top of their orders, everytime I order i receive my order soo quickly. Greatly appreciate their hard work!! 🫶💕🙌
