Montana West USAReviews of montanawestusa.com

Always well made & fun designs.

I had an issue with the order in my cart and it was handled right away. The communication was great and it all went smoothly.

The bag is not a Montana west it was made in china and has a tag that says as much no Montana west markings at all. The bag is cheap and very low quality! Very disappointing was hoping it was as good as the luggage, purses, wallets, briefcase and more they I have purchased before!

Geat product, great price, super fast delivery

I ordered a Montana West branded handbag as a Christmas gift. Initially looked nice, but shortly after opening and using the product the fake leather finish started peeling off in multiple places. I received no response to my email or website customer service requests. After multiple phone calls, today I was finally able to get in a call queue not hours long. The customer service agent informed that post 30 days, they could only offer me a partial refund of 40% of the list price. That fixes nothing and is completely unacceptable to me. Cheap products and cheap management who apparently care not about their reputation or building a customer base.

I love this company!! My order arrived sooner than expected and was packaged very well! I've emailed them twice with questions and they answered me immediately. They have the best prices by far. I will be ordering from them next week. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a navy American Pride purse sold by the Trump Store, but made by Montana West. Within two weeks 3 stars have fallen off. Montana West won't exchange it because it was bought through a 3rd party and the Trump Store has no contact information listed to reach out. Montana West made the product no matter where it is sold and unfortunatel they don't back their product.

The finding the purse was the easy part. The shipping - wow! Just throw the order in a “Shipping bag” and send it. Obviously the Brand doesn’t mean much to the seller. The name change to the bag obviously also came with a slimming of the size a little. The quality of the zipper also is lacking. If not card full it is so rough I could cut myself.Quality of this purse is totally lacking. The wallet I got also not real impressed. The card pockets are smaller and getting the cards out is tough. Over all I was not as excited about this purchase.
