How long should a zipper last? I have jeans and coats well over 30 years old with fully functioning trouble free zippers. Montana West says a mere 3 months is their quality goal...3 months! After that...too bad 👎. Move the bar low enough and success is assured.

I am absolutely smitten with my recent gift of purse and matching wallet from my daughter. The color and design are amazing. I actually have it hanging in my living room on display whenever I am home. It’s just to pretty to tuck away in a closet!! I love looking at it. I wish I could leave a picture along with this review. Horrible experience. I placed my order then after 7 days I emailed to see where it was - they replied it ships 3 to 5 days after order placed. I let them know it was day 7 and they send me a email saying order shipped. All good - NO! I get my order and none of it is the order I placed. It has someone else’s name written on the box but the shipping label is correct. After going back and forth for over 2 weeks I still do not have resolve. My last phone call with them they say oh you have to ship us the incorrect order back before we can do anything about your order. Ridiculous! I let them know I am going to file a chargeback with my bank & she says well then I am cancelling everything. We will not send you your correct order and we will not accept the incorrect order back. So, after dealing with them for over 25 days their customer service is a joke & has gone down hill. My order was over $300 and now I’ll have to file a chargeback with my bank as I’ve seen based on reviews many other people have had to do also. My advice - run away & don’t order from this incompetent company. They use to be great but based on my experience they are NOT!

The Montana West products are for the most part a good product. On occasion, as with any company, you will need customer service to intervene on a situation. I have had to do this a few times over my years of selling Montana West. The customer service department for Montana West is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in all my years of doing business. Some of their agents are the rudest nastiest, most hateful people that truly need fired or at the very least need to have their training started over from the ground up. At the end of the day, my situation was taken care of, but that was only after I had to demand to speak to someone different other than the agent that had answered the phone. That was also after she hung up on me twice and would not give me her name because she knew she was doing Something wrong and she did not want me to be able to report her name.
