Used to be a decent company, USED to be! Now they charge for shipping. God forbid you place several orders apart on the same day and they can’t ship in same box. I requested to have 4 same day ordered (within two hours) shipped all together they declined to do it. I will NEVER order from them again! Stay away out of 10 orders 5 have been returned because of defective products! 50% product quality is pathetic!

I've never made any big purchases from Monoprice, but I've been buying cables/cords from them for 10 years or so. The only time I had to contact customer service was when I received the wrong cables, but they quickly shipped me the right cables and told me to keep the wrong ones they sent with my order. I know the other reviews here for them are bad, but I haven't had any problems so far.

I feel like I have been scammed by Monoprice. Wrote support in Sept. 2017 about warranty on a cable and they said someone will be in contact with me soon. Not a peep in 3 weeks so I write back in Oct. 2017. Still nothing and today is 11/19/17. I even wrote to their Facebook page with no result. Sure does seem like a scam to sell faulty products and not stand by the warranty if you ask me! Stay far away from Monoprice!!!

DO NOT buy from them........Customer service? Uhhhhhhhh no. I went to their site to let them know the product [3d printer] failed after 5 days..... I got an email back saying someone would contact me within 1 business day.... it's been 10 days and still haven't heard from anyone. Finally got an email and they asked for pictures of a burned up unit......didn't have a picture but I did have a video of the smoke pouring out of it.... SO I sent that..... guess what? NO ONE EVER answered me back...... DO NOT buy from these people......SO I filed a claim on PayPal against them..... guess what? NOW Monoprice has locked me out of my own account.... nice.....

Maybe they were good at one time but I recently purchased an item that is defective. I have contacted customer service 7 times and only gotten an automated email that says we will get right back to you. Don’t trust this company. Cheap prices yes. Product support NONE! Unbelievable!

Advertised a tv as new but sent a refurbished product. Refused to honor the original agreement and send me a new TV but would only offer a refund. Trying to ship back a 65 inch TV is no simple feet plus I would've had to wait weeks for a refund and then order another TV. The purpose of buying a new TV was for football season so I didn't want to waste time waiting for a refund and to buy another TV. I thought this was a waste of my time and I will never buy another product from them again.

Used to be a good company to buy from. However, I bought a USB battery pack to charge my devices. I used it a few times and it was fine. Put it on the shelf for several months (so in my mind it's still fairly new). I tried to charge it and the lights indicate it is charging and then fully charged. As soon as you unplug it, it's dead. It's a few weeks after the warranty period so I can't even return it. The part that really bothers me is that I wrote a review explaining my displeasure without inflammatory language and my review was taken down. It appears they "manage" the bad reviews so their products don't look too bad to the consumer. Mostly good comments and a few bad ones. I have also had replacement ink cartridges not last that long (but never reported it to them because I just assumed they were cheap to begin with - very inexpensive, and some cables do go bad). When I first started buying from them, it was great with great prices. Now, they seem to be more interested in trying to keep their previous reputation.

bought some headphones for cheap off this site- 25$ for a couple sets of earbuds... seemed legit. NOTHING. Never received the buds. NEVER received any attention to inquiries. CAVEAT LECTOR! this site makes money off small purchasers by never sending product and avoiding confrontation! This happens all too often on the net. Hold these swindlers accountable! I've heard the same story from several friends who DJ around the Richmond/Cville area in VA! just buy from a reputable dealer like amazon. Or Wal-Mart!
