I initially had a problem with my order around Christmas and was not happy about it. There were some emails back and forth with customer support. Monoprice (Paul) went above and beyond in my opinion to rectify and correct it. It was greatly appreciated and I will not hesitate to order from them again. Quality products at reasonable prices. i have been impressed with the people that I have chatted with but less so in my interactions through email. The tech I seem to get each time diagnosed my problem as being the board in my printer has failed. But in my dealings with customer service, it seems to take a while and there is almost always a request for more information or or in my case the information being in the wrong file type. This has been made more difficult because it purchased my printer through Amazon. My printer has been down for a month. I do realize that I have issues that make it difficult to communicate through this but

First off, Monoprice had the smokin' deal on the monitor mounts I wanted. Even better was they they were both available with free shipping, so DOUBLE SCORE. One got lost between UPS and USPS (not Monoprice's fault), and when the package appeared to have gone into limbo, they shipped me out another one and it got there in a day. They stand behind their customers, no doubt about it.
