they answered all my questions and helped me out a ton

Very pleasant phone conversation, very helpful, answered all my questions and was able to give me the date and time I requested.

Easy work with you to make sure you get what you need when you need it

The representative I spoke with was very pleasant and straight to the point. Very helpful.

I was in and out in an hour .

I realize these people have power over you...you sign a contract for $720 the first day, to be paid no matter what your experience is with them!!!!!! I have been in contact with two CSRs there who were rude for no reason whatsoever... They know they have you locked into a contract and they treat you like everything they do is a favor. Having been on recovery for 19 months, I don't appreciate being treated like a child by someone I am paying for a service!! Even though I am stick with this company for a year, I would shop around for another company who gives you more respect as a consumer of a service.

Had to have this device installed but good folks to work with

The young lady was her patient, friendly, an heplful.
