Shavon was very professional!!!
Shavon assisted me when I had a problem and questions. She showed courtesy, was friendly & respectful and very professional. She explained my problem and answered all my questions to the point I understood everything. She made sure I was satisfied and reassured me that if I had any more concerns that she would be there to assist me farther. She's definitely a people's person and knows exactly what she's doing. She knows her job and I would definitely recommend people to your company because of my experience with Shavon. That you Shavon!!!! I would give you a thousand stars if I could!!
