Have not had install done yet, but lady on the phone was very nice and pleasant

I've only had a phone conversation so far but they did everything they could to suit my needs.

Knowledgeable, extremely helpful explaining the process and I was given a next day appointment.

Although we make mistakes in life, when we come to grips to repent and acknowledged this, Monitech treats you like your a person and not someone that is put in a overall bad category. Monitech dose not strip your self-esteem, but walks with you through this as if it is just another experience in life that some people have to deal with. It could be looked at as if God put Monitech in our path as a stumbling block of change and chance, for we know that bad paths come to be synonymous with bad patterns.

The woman who help me was very knowledgeable and helpful with setting my appointment and answeringy questions.

I travel for work . It will not be feasible to bring my vehicle for the download every 2 months . UNLESS , monitech will allow me to go to an out of state montech to do the download . A possible way suggested is . Me pay for shipping to the location I am at, of a new device. Have the Monitech I am at install, and Me pay for shipping Back to NC where my licence is. I understand a lot of people try to move to another state to TRY and avoid the Alcolok mandated to them . That is Not my situation. I also understand with permission given , I can allow my wife to take my vehicle in for 2 month download . However , this would not allow me to use my vehicle when traveling . PLEASE , look at this type situation , and find a way to help those like me . Thank you, Chris Wren.
