Manager people’s skills was trash! One guy working installations taking forever. No communication. Last minute he comes out and said no more installation today after I already had a appointment set! After just sitting there an hour

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I call the 1-800 number I’m on hold for at least 1.5 hrs sometimes even 3.

I had a “service recall” pop up on my…
I had a “service recall” pop up on my device. It gave me a code and said to call the number because it needed to be serviced within 3 days. I call as soon as I can. Thus far, I have been on the phone now for 1HOUR & 5min. I’m too scared to hang up and get out of line or however it may work. This is absolutely ridiculous. There’s only one contact number and no online chat or email. I am starting to regret choosing monitech. This is in addition to the incident where the same tech that scheduled my 2mo appt, said I didn’t have an appt but he would still recalibrate it. I work 7-7am, I had just gotten off work and I waited an hour and a half.

I think that you need to get rid of the…
I think that you need to get rid of the "ride checks" I understand why they are there but they are: Distractive Dangerous Not really needed Just my two cents worth Ed Twardy
