I have used Monitech for several years…
I have used Monitech for several years and no, I am not proud of my past however the members of Monitech have been nothing, but great! If any issues arise, communications are put in place to get you back on the road immediately. I had heard nothing but horror stories before having my device installed, however that is not at all the case with the folks of Monitech. Would strongly urge anyone who is in need, or straddling the fence of which Interlock company to use. They are great, and prices are very competitive.

The install was fast
The install was fast, however the method that they used to monitor you does not work well with me, I am a route person and I end up blowing in this machine 80 times a day and I don’t believe that’s necessary. The machine has the ability to give you a safe mode for five minutes which they refuse to change because they claim the statutes in the state of Arizona doesn’t allow for that however when you look the statue that you can’t find any specific information on that and so Unless I have proof it’s a thorn in my side I believe I have to blow way too many times just to complete my day at work

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. At Monitech / Quick Start, our employees continuously test our units to understand our consumer's experience. Device settings are determined by state regulations, not the interlock industry, but we do our best to train our clients how to use the device. This includes the "stall protect" feature that allows you to restart your vehicle in a certain time frame without a test, all interlock companies in AZ are required to maintain that same setting. I'm sorry you're unable to verify that information, maybe someone at ADOT could confirm that for you.

The device was malfunctioning when I…
The device was malfunctioning when I left the grocery store & wouldn’t let me test. After being on the line with customer service for two minutes the lady put me on an over 15 minute hold. In which time I was able to resolve the issue myself, when the music for the hold ended I thought someone had answered, but nobody replied.

Im having alot of problems with it
Im having alot of problems with it. It could be the heat. I was stuck in my car for 20 min tryingvto get it to work.
