If i get coronavirus from not being able to use hand sanitizer, we will have a whole new problem to deal with. Edit: No one needs to contact me, just stupid ass device that barely works.

Took way longer than the 2 hours I was supposed to allot for install. Technician was not wearing a mask but refused entry to my small children because they didn’t have masks to provide. Once I questioned about the delay and point out my kids are standing outside for over 3 hours they all of a sudden can override the mask rule and let us all inside...it took 3 different units before they finally had it installed correctly. This was the location on Motorsports Lane in Charlotte NC. I called a supervisor that the technician gave me and he didn’t care, told me I should voice my complaint to corporate, his name was Carl and he had a 336 (Greensboro, NC) number. I called corporate and spoke with shameka and she was of no recourse either. The technician wrote on my paper work that I would be credited 1 month payment on my next service in June so we will wait and see about that!

I am voluntarily using monitech but the stress has not been worth it. My interlock device did not work properly for 2 weeks. I got code 1028 and invalid sample. It did not ask me for an arrival test. It would set off alarm when driving. Then it would go into lockout mode. Even after fixing it over and over on the phone....it kept happening. I am in sales and it affected my job. I got locked out at customer houses. After 3 visits to monitech locations over an hour away from my house, I hope it's fixed finally. They gave me a new device and I hope the problem is fixed.
