The experience was awful. When issues arises, I was never called back by a supervisor or any form of management. Even so much as getting in contact with Monitech is a hassle. When it came to my vehicle being serviced, they could never get a call back for the car to be serviced which required more money to be put up since the car had to stay for days. You guys need to find better ways to go about handling these issues because I along with others that I have met would never recommend you guys

Couldn’t make the date and I had to pay for a bypass code and the car cut off thirty minutes later and they charged me again for another bypass code and we had to make a seven hour drive one way so a fourteen hour round trip because only place would see us on a Saturday

Extremely helpful customer support. I had an appointment scheduled for the monthly maintenance and due to work had a violation that required a reset and the agent was nice enough to move my monthly appointment to fit the schedule of the reset to save me from missing an extra day of work. Would definitely, and have recommended this agency to other people.
