UPDATE2 i now find I have no subscriptions they have been cancelled so I am unable to use the premium version. UPDATE1 Mondley have said they are working on the problem and are keen to keep me as a member. I would like to thank Mondley very much for responding in the way they have through Trust Pilot so far. After a year I kept getting pop ups about a subscription I had paid if I clicked on it is said I had paid., which I had and then it offered up another pop up. I could not get into other subjects. The response from Mondly eventually was to sign out and sign in - with a new pass word they gave me now I have none of the work from April that I had done on it. I still get the pop ups. What was great before the took the next payment ended up hopeless. going to try memrise now.

Hi Deborah, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly apologize for the frustration this has caused you. Since your first email to us in August, we have been working on addressing your concerns and providing guidance regarding the pop-up messages. We're also currently investigating the issue with your lost progress. Please rest assured that the password reset process, which is standard for resolving login issues, should not have affected your progress. We’re committed to making this right for you, and I appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. If you have any further details or concerns, please feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.
