My husband and I have multiple Mondaine watches, bought in Zurich. So glad to be able to order watches and replacement watchbands directly from Mondaine here in the US.

I received the replacement armband for my small Mondaine watch very quickly and in good condition. The last one only lasted about a year, which is why I give it only 4 stars out of 5. It's an expensive watchband to last only such a limited time.

I’m sure their watches are great, If I ever received one. Requested and paid for expedited 2 day delivery, so I could get it while on a business trip. Did not arrive on the 2nd day, 3rd, or 4th day. Also sent multiple emails to remind them of my schedule. Was still not there when I left of the 5Th day. After following up via phone call, I’m still awaiting a refund now. No watch. No refund. No fun with Mondaine.

Couldn't be more delighted with my purchase. Product was described accurately. Arrived beautifully packaged and intact. Love it!

The watch was shipped about a week after I made the purchase, which is unusually long. If that's your standard order processing time, it should be specified on the checkout page and I don't think it was.

Just bought my first Mondaine. I'm very pleased w it's style comfort n swiss time keeping.

The purchase process of the watch was excellent. But once the purchase was complete, that is where it seems to break down. The order confirmation took almost 12 hours to be emailed. I had no idea if the order actually was placed until that. The communications regarding shipping was non-existent. I didn't receive a single email about this and only could see this by logging onto my account on the website. That is unacceptable for the amount of money I am paying. Maybe next time, I'll just find an authorized dealer and go there.
