The quality of the Milanese strap isn’t good, there is a defect in the product as well, I’ve written to mondaine’s distributor but still hasn’t got a reply.

Michael Belleveau is so very helpful. I was in a bit of a situation and he resolved it very quickly. His capabilities and knowledge should not be underestimated.

Never responded to multiple emails about order. Calling their office had no effect. Was promised call back which never happened. Took over two weeks to ship. Very unprofessional. If I did not know better would think this were run as a hobby not as a business. Will NEVER purchase from this company again

I am concerned because I did not receive a warranty card or a certificate for an official Swiss Railway Watch as was indicated on the packing slip. The packing slip lists both but neither were included in the box. I also did not receive an invoice. I could have made my purchase through an "unofficial website" but chose not to because I wanted to ensure I was receiving a genuine product. Now I'm not certain of the quality of this watch.

I like this 40cm big clock on the wall, the tick is different from the normal tick, it moves smoothly on the third hand. Loving it and eye catching!
