I absolutely love my new sign from Moments Engraved. (Same as I love the two other signs I have previously purchased from them). Beautiful design and detail. Exceptional quality sign. Highly recommended!

Items were easy to buy and came in a timely manner.. however the second item came bent. Sent pictures. It probably happened during shipping.

The item itself looks great, what I had thought it to be. Was charged shipping when it stated shipping was free, it was to Canada so expected some shipping but not full price where this was a sale. Then had to pay more for duty, where I had to pay shipping assumed because you couldn't find anything to confirm or deny this would be included in extra price. I do realize that this is out of the control of moments engraved and this is the Christmas gift I am most excited to have opened. Thank you Moments Engraved.

Finally got my sign which was delayed by FedEx not sure why but it was definitely worth the wait. The quality and style is definitely a 10. I will order from this company again.

Hi Barbara! We're so sorry that your sign was delayed. Apparently this was a FedEx issue that has now been resolved. You should have received your sign this past Saturday. We hope you love it! If you have not received it or have any issues with your sign, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected].
