The online chat support is fantastic
The online chat support is fantastic! I initially had my reservations, thinking this function might not deliver the support I needed. But so far, so good! Navigating a card reader
We have just migrated across to Momence. With all the learning curve that happens with that, we hit a snag with our card reader not responding or connecting. Momence helped with different options, guiding us with what to do. They broke down the steps to resolve the issue in a way that made it less daunting. Together we solved the problem.

Unreliable reporting costing my business
I migrated away from momence due to the non existent support and constant crashes in the platform. Everytime they do an update it is unusable. But the biggest nightmare has been after moving to a new platform. Upon migration we found the reporting provided by momence is unreliable and wrong. The payroll reports have been wrong and this has cost my business tens of thousands. I had to manually check my payroll data going back months to find the discrepancies. I would give 0 stars if I could. I can’t believe the positive reviews here. They all seem to talk positively about the support which is horrible. Absolutely shameless company. Do yourself a favour and join the studio owners groups on Facebook. There are a few big ones there. See what the other studio owners are saying about this sham of a company. The reports and analytics are completely unreliable. Don’t make the mistake I made.

Momence is great so far
Momence is great so far. Great product which is MUCH more focused on improved user experience, which for anyone who knows anything, is incredibly important. Their customer service is super fast and helpful. Very happy.

Support needs to be more experienced
I'm glad Seth was able to find the answer to my question regarding Analytics Reports. It would have been great if he had better knowledge of this area to give a quicker answer. I've noticed that all of my contacts with support seem to require them to research the question rather than being knowledgeable in the area.
