I have been using momence for over 4 years. If I would have known how awful and slow the customer service was going to be I would have passed. Their messaging and inbox is very unreliable and you won't know until you miss opportunities with leads because your texts and emails didn't go through. There are very few techs in this company that can actually help. All the other "customer service" is a giant waste of time.

I’ve been really impressed with Momence and especially with Tom our account manager. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes a genuine interest in what’s happening at a local, grassroots level. Rather than getting stuck behind big-company processes, Tom took the time to understand our community outreach work and the needs of our independent studio. He came up with a practical solution that supports our growth and makes it possible for us to expand. This flexibility and helpful guidance he gave has made a complicated issue very straightforward. I've honestly found the whole transition from mindbody exceptional. My community said it was seamless and they're impressed and are loving the ease of the software.
