This is my second time ordering from Modelones. The first time was really nice, everything arrived before the arrival date. Unfortunately my polygel kit with dried flowers was missing. I emailed them about it and they told me that they would refund the missing item because they couldn't send it again. I would 'take too long'.They replied so fast that I complimented them on it. So I had to order a second time just to get my polygel. I live in Europe so shipping costs are through the roof if you don't order above $50. Second time ordering is a disaster. I ordered a bunch of products on the 29th of October. It arrived at the destination country about two weeks after that. My package has been stuck somewhere due to a problem in the address. I contacted DHL and they told me twice to go to Modelones to get them to start an investigation. When I emailed Modelones the first time, they told me they received a lot of emails and they would come back to me in 72 hours. 4 days later, still didn't hear anything! I emailed them and they said I should contact DHL to claim my package. I did but DHL said Modelones had to start an investigation. So I emailed them back, they responded in a day. With the same goddamn answer as last time, I practically begged them to contact DHL and they completely dismissed it. This was really the last time I ordered there. I sincerely hope that my package is going to arrive.

My Daughter ordered this product and after applying it, she had a severe allergic reaction. Blisters formed around the fingers (like burn marks) and the hands began to swell. Had to remove all the nails and washed hands and apply steroid antibiotics to help with the allergy. I would not recommend this product.

I have ordered from Amazon and love this product. I ordered from the website and still no complaints. You are ordering from out of country so expect 2-3 weeks. It takes 7 days for handling which is before shipment. If you want this fast order from Amazon you get it next day or two days. Either way great product.

So i ordered from this company 3rd October, my order will come today its now 4 November, so shipping not too bad but.....what im fuming about is I got email from customs here in ireland explaining that I had to pay 45 euro vat and shipping costs in order to colect the order ...this of course was never explained at time of ordering , I won't order again from here 😒 please think twice about ordering with this company , not professional at all ..even when you ring to get information on tracking your simply told to wait longer ( not fun !!)

If I could I would leave negative 5 stars. I ordered the starter kit with 4 extra colors as part of a buy one get one free. First issue they sent the exact opposite of colors, I ordered red based colors and received greys and blues, then I never received the extra four I purchased. I emailed support they completely disregarded the fact my entire order was wrong and offered 8 dollars on an order totaling over 36. The buy one get one frees were 15$ alone. I asked about getting my money back and sending the product back they stopped answering me. I will never order anything from Model Ones again. Very discouraged and disappointed.

Being new to nails , gels exstentions etc I decided I liked the look of gels better , after reading reviews an watching videos on the best gels to use I chose the modelones gel kit being my very first time ever trying to do my own nails due to lockdown , an I am so over the moon with my choice, The product came well packaged an presented, it was so easy to use with everything you need in one little box , of coarse your need your own uv/led lamp to cure the gel , Wow just wow I love this product after doing my own nails so easily I then did 2 more sets on friend an was so pleased with the results that the next day I ordered the colour changing set , this kit as completely changed my life that i can now do salmon beautiful nails in the comfort of my own home . The kit is excellent value for money as it comes complete with everything you need an i live the fact that they are on sale price at the moment so have ordered a few of these in as it is such an excellent product to work with . Highly highly recommend this product an make of gel you will not be disappointed thank you modelones fantastic product

Fortunately I have received all of my orders. One arrived in ten days. The other arrived within three weeks. I received tracking number and tracked them all to my door. The products are excellent, beautiful pigmented colors and the glitters really sparkle. I’ve ordered from them five times with good results. When tracking my orders, I’ve found that my orders move thru China within four days. Once they arrive in the U.S.A. Is when shipping slows down. At times sitting in a location for five days at a time with the USPS going thru customs in New York, NY. The package is in the states, all I can do it wait. The package is sealed and wrapped securely, nothing has ever been damaged. I’ve received gifts and colorful storage boxes with items ordered. No complaints.

I will never order from them again! It’s been a month since I placed my order. I sent many emails. They first said some of the items were out of stock. Then they said it was shipped. So I wanted the tracking number and it was never actually shipped?!?!?! Once again some of it was out of stock, and did I want them to send what they have and refund me for the rest? Well it’s an entire acrylic set. So I told them I wanted them to put a different color in and give me part of my money back. Haven’t heard back from them since that email. I spent a whole lot of money, and I’m so mad that this happened. It was my first time ordering through them. A awful experience and I’ll never order through them again!
