Unlike the other reviews, I actually did receive my order. It took over 2 weeks for 48 hour delivery but it did arrive. This was my first order so took advantage of the discount associated with being a new customer. Everything was stuffed into a bubble wrap bag and then into a plastic bag. I had ordered some tubes of polygel and one had unsurprisingly burst. Everything inside is covered in sticky purple glittery goo. I sent an email to customer service and received an automatic response saying they will get back to me within 72 hours. I could not leave this big sticky mess lying around so cleaned everything down with acetone. The damaged item and all the ruined packaging went in the bin. I didn't think to pick up my phone with my sticky purple fingers to photograph it all. Without a photo they are not prepared to do anything at all about this. I have since opened a sealed box from the parcel and this mess has seeped inside a SEALED box. I then took a picture of that and sent it and now they are no longer replying. Awful customer service. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I'll be sticking to amazon in the future

I ordered my polygel nail kit over 50 days ago, I realised with covid restrictions that there would be delays. After one month I sent an email asking if my order had been dispatched. A few days later I received an email saying that it had been dispatched a would arrive within a month. I was then given a tracking number for DHL? Which had no record of my order. After about a week I emailed them again and they gave me a link to another tracking company and according to them it’s been in transit ever since. It’s been over 2 months since I’ve ordered. Customer service are clearly trying to do their jobs and are being told to tell people that orders will arrive soon, but over 2 months without any accurate information?? If you have the option, buy from amazon

I ordered my package more than two months ago and it’s STILL in China, even though they keep saying that it will be here very soon. Very frustrating. The first month my tracking link didn’t work at all, and when it started to, it was almost just even more frustrating because now I can see that nothing is happening.

I ordered a polygel nail kit and UV lamp from them on April 24, 2020. My Complaint isn't necessarily the fact that I haven't received my package but it's kind of the problem. The reason gir the bad review is more about the customer service. I contacted them about the delivery of my package; received a tracking number via email a day or two later. Well is Ben over a week and the tracking number first exist in DHL(whom they said it was shipping with) or even the tracking link on their website. I sent them screenshots showing this. They then sent me one from another tracking system. They can't explain why and have been condescending since then. Even offered a discount on next purchase when I haven't tried their products or received my first purchase.
