The Builder Kot is such a let down!!!! The builder gel kit came w/ the set of builder gel and they are miniature which was not expected!! As someone juat starting i did not know and these will only last one manicure......... the cuticle kit came with the smallest cuticle brush which isn't even going to do anything! I have never been so disappointed in a product than this package which you are trying to display as a deal but in reality the deal would have been buying the bigger prices and not being shocked is dismay!!!!!

I placed an order on 11/30/2025. It's now 1/07/2026 and I still haven't received my order. I contacted this company several times about the order and have not gotten anywhere with these people. They sent me a tracking number which said it was delivered in Ontario, CA. I live in Washington State. My billing address and shipping address are correct and are in Washington State. This company is a scam. They refuse to send me my package or refund me my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Website says it’s origins is USA Modelones but when I ordered it comes from china 🙄 if I knew it earlier I wouldn’t order Chinese nails polish, I still haven’t received my order I contact Modelones they didn’t help me they told me to contact DHL with a Chinese code tracking number which Modelones provided me then DHL told me that’s not the tracking number it’s wrong and get the local tracking number cuz the tracking number i provided is china not local USA… wow Modelones you are scamming people

Really awkward to use very thick and waste of time and waste of money don't buy this product even a nail technician said it's discussing, and horrible stuff

The website offers absolutely no way to cancel an order. I reached out several times to the Support email provided only to be told that it was too late. The items had been shipped. Per the tracking "label had been created" but the items had not been handed to DHL. The agent replied that they would refund money only if there was an error on their part or a damaged item. Definitely do NOT purchase direct from the company.

Scammers placed order taken money from my mom's account had an order number and all proof that needed and now they are saying they have no proof very disappointed was a Christmas present aswell very poor customer service

I wish I had seen this before I ordered—terrible and cheap quality. I would not recommend anyone to spend this amount of money on this crap. Absolutely horrible.
