I read some very bad reviews & that made me very anxious about ordering from Modelones, I was worried I was going to be waiting 3 months for my package or not receiving it AT ALL! Not only did the reviews make me worried, the tracking number they sent me for my order was “invalid” so I basically couldn’t track my order at all! This caused me to contact customer service which was a very good choice! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT 💕 they got back to me with my correct tracking number in less than an hour which really took the weight off of my back since I could see every destination my order stopped at on the way to its destination! Shipping takes about 2 weeks & I definitely advise anyone who is having problems with any of the service to immediately contact customer service via email. If you want to know your order is guaranteed , you can order all Modelones products off amazon but you get so much great deals on the website! My order should be in about tomorrow so I am very excited to review the products and see how everything works!

I placed my first order with hesitation from reading so many poor reviews on this company. I fortunately received my order in a timely manner and was very satisfied. So satisfied that I placed a second order. That order was placed OVER two months ago and I have been arguing with the company ever since. They have stated that the order was delivered when I have attempted to find out where my product is, but then the same company sends me a notice that my order is about to be shipped? All I want is a refund and I can’t even get that. Disappointing and poor business practices, and customer service.

I used Modelones gel base coat and top coat and suffered a sever reaction on the skin from my nail bed to knuckles. Big, painful purple blisters developed and had to get an urgent Dr. appointment for treatment. DO NOT USE

I was so scared when I read the reviews. Even though it took two 1/2 weeks to arrive. I'm very satisfied with the products and packaging. I purchased over $200 plus and got my money's worth! The company should update their contact link, tracking number, and an 800 number so they can get more satisfying customers!

I dont know why people are being so harsh, I was very happy with the kit I received. It was well worth the money, in my opinion. They didn’t send tracking info so I didn’t know when the package was going to arrive, but considering everything with covid, it didnt take long at all. Obviously I’m not going to blame the company for poorly applying the products, like some people are, but solely on the product. Will definitely be being again.

I waited a month for my order and I am so disappointed. For the amount of money I spent, I thought the products themselves would be a lot bigger. I got a kit that was normally 49.99 for for 20 and the dipping powders aren't even .5 oz. I will never order from them again

It took over a month to receive the product. With COVID I won’t hold it against them, however they never sent tracking information or anything. Finally received the kit and was very happy with the outcome until 2 days later when they randomly started popping of my nails like press on nails. Very dissatisfied.
