I had a few issues trying to purchase. It wouldn’t allow me to use the BOGO offer saying it was unavailable to ship to my area but allowed me to purchase all 8 separately. Then I tried to redeem my rewards and use a reward of free shipping and it wouldn’t allow me.

Serious brand with very good quality products. Just a real shame that all colored polygel are very sticky and hard to apply. I purchased 14 tubes which I have no use for because application takes way too long even with poppits. When will you be able to market non-sticky colored polygel ?

I’m in love with all the product I have gotten so far! The colors are amazing the gel, Polly gel everything. I do wish that the bundles come with more of the essentials and not just products but I also know it’s a marketing thing where they get you to buy more product. But the only other problem I have is shipping! I understand it takes awhile to trace overseas but to have real time tracking or a daily tracking update would be amazing. I’ve waiting months for my first order the second took a few weeks and the 3 I still haven’t received and was just told today after a week that the label was made and being processed. Just wish I new the timeframe of everything better.

The site is not easy to navigate.

It was good just would have liked to pick the 9 colors in the cube, maybe you can make that an option in the future, also maybe when look at a color also give the origins for the same color in dip,gel, nail polish on the same page if someone would rather use something else but wants that color also I was looking on the site on my computer and it offered a buy one get one free with code Scc1 but when I went to order on my phone it wasn’t working

No problem with the order as such. Everything I ordered came within 2 weeks. I was confused as the tracking of the package begin in China whilst on the website it appeared to be USA based, could use some clarification on the origin of the products (would increase trustworthiness). The acrylic powders were good. The brush worked as well. The biggest issue I had, which also is the reason I rate low, is the extremely strong smell of the acrylic liquid. I thought the bottle was broken because the package smelled so intense. It smelled in the stairwell of my apartment and it lingered in my whole apartment causing headache and nausea. Was no information on the website about the very intense odour of the product. Overall I’m content with my order but I will not use the acrylic liquid again. I would like the website to be more clear about origin of the products, better pictures of the products and clarity regarding intense smells.

I haven't yet received my package but I find the whole place really sketchy. My tracking was not working for days with errors and not being able to detect the carrier for a week. Later said it was being delivered from China but its only been 8-10 days and it's already in my state and to be delivered in a few days. The carrier it showed was one never listened on their other countries carriers and one that it's super rare to be used in my country. I have never experienced this from any other seller or shipment of mines especially how the quoted shipping time is 25 days and other reviews saying a month to wait for their shipment. I just find it super sketch how it was able to travel across the country in only a week when another package from a similar location took a month

I haven't received my parcel yet. It's taking ages, more than 3 week. Support doesn't reply to your emails. I just hope the percel arrives. Very frustrating.
