I would give a 5 star rating IF this was made in the USA! After placing my second order I received my tracking number only to find out it was shipping from CHINA! Even though I LOVE the dip powder as well as other products, I will not be ordering anymore!

Update - 2 received a refund, item lost read below for the full story. avoid if you can, dodgy company ________________________ UPDATE - 1 it is now December 22nd. customer service is a joke, telling me to contact Australia post myself, i let them know that Australia post will only speak with the SENDER not the customer. they said to me that it is just because of covid. almost 3 months is not right, I've received items from America in 14 days. I keep getting advertising in my chat window with Modelones and no reply about the issue when someone does reply they have not read the conversation and tells me the same thing. I have given up hope on getting my order for Christmas, the Shipping hasn't moved since November 14th. _____________________________________ I purchased my order on the 20th of October, it is now the 3rd of December and nothing. For starters I purchased with Modelones partly because it said they were in my Country Australia using an Australian URL and site, with free postage after i spent X amount because it was inter state, I checked the tracking for starters it was sent from China (lie #1), using the tracking number i checked DHL's site and it said that the number is not with them, so they don't ship with DHL (lie #2) i started to look with generic tracking number sites like 17track and it let me know the item went from China to Germany (opposite side of the globe). I reached out to them on facebook and the informed me that the carrier they use have to have all items go to their sorting facility in Germany before sending them out, they did not disclose this on their site regarding shipping times (lie #3). checking the tracking today on the 9th of November it claims that it arrived on a plane in Australia, and then on the 14th its still in Frankfurt Germany. I have reached out to Modelones again to ask what is going on and all have received as replies is automated sale posts for black Friday. I just wanted to give them a go from my normal Nail powder store, and my god the regret. DO NOT BUY FROM MODELONES IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

I ordered a set of supplies but was disappointed to find that half the bottles, which I'd not ever opened, were solid - all dried up. Now I can't use the rest of my dip powder. After reading about the horrible customer service experiences, I'm not going to get my hopes up. I won't be ordering again. I'll stick to Color Street.

I know there were lots of bad reviews but I have no complaints. The only downside is that The monomer is really smelly, but when you go into a nail salon you smell the same thing so in general a strong scent isn’t abnormal. I am new to acrylic and I use the acrylic system and was able to do it perfectly and the products aren’t hard to use at all! I’m 12 and if I could do it any adult can too. I would recommend this to beginners and pros. My experience was good and I got all my products earlier than expected. It does ship from China so it does take about two weeks to ship from the actual website but I prefer ordering on amazon so it comes the same week. I just ordered a refill in monomer, and they also sell nail art! Modelones is definitely a brand Im sticking with and is surprisingly affordable and high quality. I just don’t recommend their acrylic brush since mine broke after two days, if you need a good brush but don’t want to spend over $40, then Pana is where I got my brush and they have really good quality brushes made out of 100% kolinsky hair. So their acrylic system with pana brush is my preferred method and I would recommend this to anyone reading this interested in acrylic or gel. Don’t let the bad reviews get you down because I honestly didn’t have a bad experience at all, In fact it came perfectly packaged and nothing leaked or spilled.All the acrylics came sealed as well as the monomer and brush came with a tube. Sorry for such a long review just this company is really affordable, high quality, and overall a good brand. Also they have a Instagram with tutorials and methods to try out with the products they offer. 10/10 would recommend this brand :)

DO NOT BUY...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ROBOTS...NO TRACKING.. I ordered products, I thought was Canada.. Canada post knows nothing, they said its probably on a boat...I have being texting like crazy, asking for refunds, I started contact with them because I saw the reviews a little to late...I would of ordered on wish or Aliexpress if I would of known it was CHINA THESE GUYS SUCK It is now December 23 and I still have nothing...And no refund..

placed an order 07/11 its now been a month and has not arrived - I know with covid & Christmas it is taking longer which is fine but the tracing number dosnt seem to work & I have now emailed them 3 time & tried contacting them via Instagram & have not had one single response from Modelones.. its not that hard to respond to an email!

I ordered some dip powder off of the Modelones website (NOT AMAZON). I saw some reviews after i ordered and was a little nervous. I ordered on 11/8 and my package came with everything i ordered on 11/28!! No issues at all. Very pleased. I used the long tracking number from the order confirmation and downloaded the 17Track app which let me track my package the whole way. Ive never used dip before, but I definitely recommend using 3-4 coats. Some nails i did 2 coats and they are cracking after 4 days but the 4-coat nails are still perfect! Overall i think its great for the price!

So I am taking back my positive review that I had on this site instead you have a terrible on now if I could give it no stars I would. I had 2 good experiences ordering with this company and then I put another order in December 5th and spend $370AUD on an order! Not just a little bit alot of money! All I have is problems. My package was apparently sent in 2 different lots as some was on back order so this first package came to Australia and then was sent back to Germany from that somehow my address went from Australia to America, so I contacted them over email AGAIN and was told that I needed to check on my side to make sure they weren't lost once they got here. So which I did Australian post said they seen that it came here and then got sent back to Germany and the second parcel they had no tracking information/ they never received it in Australia. So from that I send the emails I had received to show them that it was lost over seas to which I was then told I could have a full refund to which I said yes. From this the accounting team were on spring break so would do the refund once returned. I have lost count to how many times I have emailed modelones to now they are completely ignoring me. Bit of advice modelones maybe instead of sending all your products to youtubers maybe try a bit bloody better with your customers who are actually spending the money on your products not getting them for free. Now I have contacted my bank to get them to put a dispute. So fingers crossed they might have more luck dealing with this scam of a site!
